“No Inc No Service” certainly applies if you are going to do business in the USA. If you want to do business with governments, semi government organizations, or large partners, having your own Inc. is a must.

Government subsidies or co-financing is also only possible if you have your own USA Inc connected to your European entity. You also need to think about your liability.
